Return & Refund Policy for Valvari

Effective Date: 06/13/2025

We want you to love your purchase from Valvari. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


🔁 Returns

We only offer reshipments within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

Reshipment: We send you a brand new item if the old one is defective.

To qualify for a reshipment:

  • You must send a photo and explain exactly why you need a new product.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Some items may be final sale (see below).

To start a return, email us at shop@valvari.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.


💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments), unless unopened and unused


📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@valvari.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
